lol. i've only made one before, a few years ago.
i only just finished it an hour ago. we won't eat it tho, cuz the icing has raw egg. ;)

why wouldn't you eat it? icing always has egg white in it, ness it's glace icing. i suppose you might be vegan or alergic, but still seems a shame not to eat a good ginger bread house... mine dissapeared pritty quickly, lol.
are those crispix as rooftiles?

oh, well the only kind I've ever made with egg whites is for icing-glue.
haha, anyways, i bet it's pretty hard and stale after a week or so. ;P
the rooftiles are some Fred Meyer variation of Chex. ;)
